Project notes
The cooperative asked for family flats that people would want to stay in. Every flat runs through the building, so it has morning and evening light and air from both sides.
Living rooms face the street behind balconies deep enough for a table. Bedrooms face the garden. One shared stair serves each floor, which keeps the neighbours on a floor meeting each other.
